Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all activity within the collision repair center.
  • Establish strong communication with insurance providers, and maintain a robust understanding of claims processes and requirements.
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure the achievement of all goals relating to client satisfaction, productivity, profitability, efficiency, and more.
  • Hire, train, and oversee staff; the team includes technicians, painters, parts person, office manager, and front-end staff.
  • Provide constructive coaching, feedback, and communication of department goals in a manner that ensures team member success and peak performance.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of production experience in an insurance-accredited body shop.
  • Minimum one year of estimating experience.
  • Management/leadership experience.
  • Technical knowledge of the collision industry, OEM standards and procedures, and insurance policies and procedures.
  • Ability to read and understand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the body shop industry.
  • Technologically inclined.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem solving.
  • Be highly motivated.
