• Salary range of $100,000 - $115,000 / year.

Responsibilities

• Handle provisions in collective agreements.
• Conduct investigations and share findings.
• Grievance management.
• Advising on discipline.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Labor Relations.
• Experience negotiating with unions, preparing grievances for arbitration cases, collective bargaining, and having a thorough understanding of case law, labor law, and human rights law.
• Well-developed mediation skills.
