Aplin has partnered with our client to recruit an Administrative Assistant for a 1 year contract with possibility to extend or go permanent. This is an on-site, full-time position in Petawawa. This is a great opportunity to grow in a large and reputable organization.

  • Work on a team of 7 administrative professionals to carry out various projects and tasks
  • Assists operations management and compliance, Business Support services and traveler assistance for multiple delegated business activities such as Enterprise Services, Site Services, Finance & Business, Security & Fire Protection and Supplier Management
  • Responds to routine or basic processes to support local hire employees and international assignees and accomplish a task
  • Assists with facilities operations and administration, non-real-property project administration, property administration and facilities provisioning activities
  • Assists with routing recurring accounting, invoicing, cost analysis, tax or other business objectives through collecting, processing and distributing cost or financial data
  • Aides with processes and procedures for safeguarding people, property, information and the environment while becoming familiar with compliance standards
  • Assists in compiling data from various sources. Aides in event support and executive visits
  • 2-5+ years experience as an administrative professional
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Highly organized and ability to multitask
  • Must be able to qualify for secret clearance
