This role will be a 3-month contract with an ASAP start. 
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, and refer people to online resources if applicable.
  • Organize meetings and assist with meeting preparations and taking meeting minutes.
  • Prepare correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies. Process orders through SAP Ariba if needed.
  • Drafting memos, letters, forms, charts, tables, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain records management systems (electronic and hard copy).
  • Handle maintenance requests.
  • Receive and sort mail.
  • Other administrative duties as required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Office experience (Reception, data entry, arranging meetings, word processing).
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google Applications.
  • Knowledge of SAP Ariba is an asset.
  • Ability to actively participate as a member of the team.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work and changing priorities.
