Responsibilities:
  • Conduct proactive outbound sales activities, including warm calling &cold calling, to identify and engage potential or past customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
  • Lead business development campaigns to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with the outside sales team to initiate and transition larger dealership accounts, ensuring a seamless handover and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on quote leads promptly, providing accurate and competitive pricing information.
  • Actively build and manage a pipeline of leads, nurturing prospects and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Continuously update and maintain customer records in the CRM system to track sales activities and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering suitable solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience and success in inside sales, preferably within the automotive parts industry.
  • Strong business development skills, with experience in running successful campaigns and generating leads.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for inside sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt the message to various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a diverse sales team.
