  • Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise-level clients with the objective to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, understanding customers' needs, and delivering customized solutions.
  • Manage sales activities to exceed sales volume and maximize assigned revenue objectives.
  • Deliver strategic account support by proactively maintaining high-level technical, operational expertise and understanding of industry trends.
  • Consistently meet with existing and potential customers to discuss any existing or future projects.
  • Build awareness of technical projects and technology trends.
  • Liaise as the main point of contact for the customer for any business-related matters.
  • Work closely with the technical support team to ensure successful outcomes and clients' needs are met.
  • Develop strong working relationships with our key Partners and Vendors.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and understand the company’s value proposition.
  • Manage the contract renewal process.
  • Support and drive RFP/RFI responses for existing accounts and prospective accounts.
  • Proven track record of success as an Account Executive or Sales Executive, preferably within the enterprise market segment.
  • Previous experience in IT Sales in Canada.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise-level sales processes.
  • Understand and anticipate Customer needs, develop proposed solutions, communicate, and build consensus.
  • Strong focus on acquiring new business while continuing to develop existing account relationships.
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate and share ideas.
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative, and fast-paced environment with a vibrant and positive attitude.
