  • Interpret customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and recommend  products & solutions
  • Respond to in-person and phone inquiries
  • Follow up on the status of products
  • Generate, modify, and check sales orders
  • Assemble and retrieve orders
  • Communicate sales opportunities to the Branch Manager
  • Maintain the showroom and counter area
  • Promote new product campaigns
  • Assist in the warehouse if required
  • High school completion
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience 
  • Experience in the Electrical industry is an asset
  • Strong communication skills and technical skills
  • High levels of patience and strong listening skills
  • Ability to stand for 6+ hours per day (at the counter)
  • Ability to lift boxes to 50 lbs on occasion
