  • Immediate Executive Assistant position supporting senior management in the healthcare field
  • Remote, two-year contract with the possibility of extension
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.


  • Extensive calendar management, booking meetings, taking minutes at meetings, and distributing the minutes 
  • Multiple senior managers who handle confidential information require high-level executive administrative support.
  • Creating MS Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations 
  • Working as a team member to assist the other executive assistants as required 


  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting senior management and multiple stakeholders
  • Intermediate to advanced level in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience with SharePoint and Smartsheets is an asset
  • Extensive recent calendar management, including scheduling meetings in Outlook and taking minutes at several meetings, is required
  • Ability to create documents and generate reports 
  • Ability to handle high volumes of confidential information and produce relevant documents for meetings
  • A technically savvy executive assistant with experience in the healthcare field is an asset
