Responsibilities:

• Partner with the leadership team to drive clear mid-year and year-end performance reviews.
• Ensure the timely filling of open roles.
• Manage the HR process from onboarding to termination.
• Pro-actively manage employee relations issues.
• Coach leadership and management appropriately.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resources with at least 2 years' experience in strategic partnership with the leadership team.
• Bachelor's degree in HR.
• Experience providing feedback and coaching at a leadership level.
• Ability to influence and manage change effectively.
• Strong planning, budgetary, and project management abilities.
