Our client, an award-winning professional services firm, has partnered with Stacey Danley at Aplin on the search for a Manager, Administration. The successful candidate will work closely with the VP of Operations and lead a team of 8 administrative professionals. Please note this is a full-time permanent role based out of Winnipeg.

  • Managing the daily functions of the administration team including resource allocation, workflow, and reporting
  • Reviewing, evaluating, and recommending improvements to key administrative processes to gain operational efficiencies
  • Working closely with the Manager, Training, and Development to onboard new hires and identify development opportunities for existing team members
  • Acting as a liaison between the administration team and external business partners
  • Preparing reports on productivity and performance
  • Handling escalated inquiries from internal and external clients

  • Previous senior administrative experience in a professional services firm (financial services, insurance, accounting, law, etc.)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a client service orientation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred
