Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis is responsible for leading their team and building a partnership with stakeholders to provide data-driven insights that influence business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coach a team of Senior Financial Analysts.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to provide financial information to various stakeholders in a meaningful manner.
• Develop and lead monthly management reporting and preparation of executive presentation materials for leadership meetings and corporate initiatives.
• Develop and maintain the tools, models, reports, and financial procedures used by FP&A.
• Maintain, analyze, and improve the cost allocation methodology and procedures to improve profitability reports, cost analysis, business case development, and ROI reports.
• Establish consultative relationships with divisional leaders.
• Review and develop KPIs and benchmarks that support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Accounting designation (CPA) is required.
• Demonstrated ability in leading and mentoring a team.
• 5 years experience in a Financial Planning & Anaysis or similar leadership role delivering solutions to senior management teams
• Knowledge of reporting cost allocations.
• Experience in developing, designing, analyzing, and improving reports and processes.
• Ability to break down complex financial concepts and communicate them without prejudice.
• Ability to form collaborative partnerships with various levels within the organization.
• Solid time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
