If you are a talented and experienced HR Administrator, Aplin has partnered with a well know Financial services organization to recruit an HR Administrator.

This role requires high volumes of Administrative work using the Payworks software. Experience using Payworks is a large asset.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide operation and administrative support to the HR team
  • Posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and drafting offer letters
  • Assisting with payroll functions using Payworks
  • Track and coordinate employee dates
  • Assist with the coordination of internal and external training for employees
  • Prepare general employment letters and documentation for employees
  • Compile statistics for various HR reports
  • Assist with month-end reconciliations
  • Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives as required
Qualifications:
  • A diploma or degree in HR
  • 2+ years of Administrative, Payroll and/or HR experience
  • Exposure to payroll functions is an asset
  • Payworks experience is an asset
  • Team player
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic task
