  • Preparation and processing of invoices 
  • Assisting with accounts receivables through data entry 
  • Filling 
  • Providing coverage for reception and branch supervisor as needed
  • At least two years of proven work experience in a similar field 
  • Proficient computer skills, in both Word and Excel
  • Accounting basic experience is an asset
  • Ability to start working with little to no guidance 
  • Excellent attention to detail, independent, and accountable
