Benefits & Perks
  • Immediate, temporary Executive Assistant position with the potential to extend and/or become temporary, to hire
  • Monday to Friday on site position
  • Providing executive administrative support to the CEO and management team including calendar management, scheduling appointments and taking minutes at board meetings
  • Preparing correspondence and PowerPoint presentations and handling confidential information
  • Assist the Human Resources department to set up interviews, posting jobs, assist with the logistics for onboarding new hires
  • Assist the office maintenance requests
  • Three plus years of experience as an Executive Assistant and/or HR Coordinator is preferred
  • Experience taking minutes at board meetings is required 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe
