Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with a west-end fleet-based company to hire an Accounting Administrator. This is an onsite contract role that has the opportunity to go permanent for the right fit. 

  • Generating invoices and account statements
  • Tacking and Matching POs
  • Inputting invoices into the system
  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries
  • Scheduling and sending supplies to all the organizations' offices 
  • Preparing and maintaining vehicle records, including tracking and scheduling maintenance
  • Other duties as required
  • Proven experience within an accounting-related role
  • Background within a fleet management setting is considered an asset
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel use
  • Experience with SAGE 300
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to attend to detail
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
