Responsibilities:
- Work with functional leaders and subject matter experts to help design, implement, and maintain solutions that support business initiatives and process efficiencies
- Configure, support, maintain, administer, and upgrade various commercial off-the-shelf and custom-developed business applications, reports, BI systems, and integration processes
- Develop, maintain, and organize requirement specifications and design documentation, data mapping, and data flow diagrams
- Perform administrative functions within business applications including user account maintenance, workflow updates, data verification, data loads, and other routine tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and data accuracy issues
- Provide user training and hands-on support for business applications and reports
- Define, coordinate, and execute test procedures
- Collaborate with third-party software developers, application support providers, and the organization’s Managed Service Provider as required
- Liaise with third-party data providers and data consumers
- Ensure standards and best practices are followed, including Change Management, Information Management, Account Management, and IT security
- Research, evaluate, and provide recommendations regarding new technologies
- May be required to work outside of standard office hours to support operational activities
- Relevant degree/diploma from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3 -5 + years of relevant business analysis and requirements elicitation experience
- Superior organizational skills to manage projects and balance multiple demands and deadlines
- Proven analytical and structured systems development skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft database, reporting, and development tools including SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, Power Platform, and Azure platform
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong and open communicator
- Highly organized and structured in approach
- Disciplined in following best practices and process
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
- Collaborative, high degree of integrity, positive outlook
