The TA Specialist will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires and working on recruitment strategies.

  • Manage all aspects of the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes to assess qualifications and fit for open positions
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience
  • Negotiate job offers with selected candidates and manage the onboarding process
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies that utilize social media, job boards, partnering with local organizations, and other creative methods to reach a wide audience and attract talent
  • Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to identify talent needs and support the recruitment process

  • 4+ years of high-volume recruitment experience (experience with hiring for the utilities sector is an asset)
  • Post-secondary education in human resources or related field
  • Experience with developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
