If you are a talented and experienced Senior level Administrator and/or Program Coordinator, Aplin has partnered with the Government of Alberta to recruit a Program and Issues Coordinator based in downtown Edmonton. This role requires a dynamic, critical thinking, and organized individual who enjoys wearing many hats in their role. 

This is a 4-month contract starting ASAP with the potential for an extension.
  • Provide high-level Administrative support to the Executive Director and their large team
  • Provide project and issues support and analysis for the team
  • Handle and triage high volumes of requests
  • Draft, edit, and format complex documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate staffing requests, track hiring and vacancies in the office, support onboarding
  • Manage writing of briefings and correspondence
  • Coordinate branch deliverables reporting and communications
  • Monitor compliance with branch contracts and financials associated with contracts
  • Review forms, reports, and templates for compliance
  • Must have experience in the Government of Alberta as a Senior level Administrator/Coordinator
  • Must be confident with professional writing and editing skills
  • Must be a critical thinker and solution-oriented
  • Must be highly professional and able to hit the ground running in a Government setting
