Benefits & Perks:
  • Compensation: $18 an hour
  • Please note, this will be a fully on-site role 
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
  • Start ASAP and contract will end May 1st, 2023 

Responsibilities:
  • Filing
  • Photocopying, scanning 
  • Sorting out mail 
  • Preparing courier labels and slips, follow-up on courier
  • Scheduling meetings including booking of meeting rooms and meals
  • Scaning files for digitization and store them electronically
  • Monitoring inventory of supplies and request refills or reorder if needed
  • Other additional Admin duties

Qualifications:
  • College diploma or an equivalent combination of education/experience in Administration
  • Basic MS office skills including Excel
  • Excellent communication and quick learning skills
