Our client, one of Winnipeg’s top real estate teams, has partnered with Stacey Danley at Aplin on the search for an Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced administrative assistant to join a top-producing office.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to multiple Realtors
  • Answering client questions and responding to requests
  • Assisting in reviewing files and monitoring all steps of the offer process
  • Developing promotional materials and editing photographs
  • Assisting in creation of content for social media
  • Assisting the bookkeeper with entry of AP and AR
  • Monitoring office efficiencies and recommend improvements as needed
Qualifications: 
  • Previous experience in a real estate office
  • Impressive customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize a high-volume workload
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Familiarity with photo editing would be an asset
Please note this is a full-time permanent Monday-Friday position. The ideal hours are 8:30-4:30pm. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
