Responsibilities:

• Taking care of a mixed client portfolio - up to 48 sites across Winnipeg Steinbach, Winkler, Selkirk, Keewatin, and Kenora
• Mix of retail, grocery stores, banks, and ATMs
• Position requires on-call 24/7 - essential service (doesn't mean going to the site; however, being available via text/call/email for clients or cleaners should something arise)

Qualifications:

• Will need to have own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license in good standing 
• Must have at least 3 years of previous management experience/ account management experience
• Asset if you have experience in the cleaning industry
• Experienced in building strong interpersonal business relationships 
• Proficiency in English 
• Strong customer service skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• An individual that strives in a strong team setting and enjoys collaboration
