Controller

This is an onsite position, and the ideal candidate will perform daily accounting tasks in addition to monthly forecasting and financial closing, annual budgets, and special projects assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly financial close functions through preparation of financial statements
• Reconcile all general ledger accounts and completing monthly financial projection analysis
• Implement and maintain required internal controls
• Implement and maintain regular reporting processes to support operations
• Monthly narrative analysis of significant financial variances to budget and forecast
• Communicate relevant financial information to business stakeholders
• Conduct Profitability analysis by contracts/projects
• Prepare and participate in the annual financial budget process
• Set up all capital purchase requests for the region
• Provide coaching and mentoring to non-financial personnel on internal control compliance, accounting procedures and financial statement review 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics /CPA designation is mandatory
• 4 plus years of accounting experience
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and related accounting business systems
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
