Human Resources Administration Lead

If you are a talented and experienced Human Resources Administration Lead, Aplin has the right opportunity for you! Maria Pozas, Principal at Aplin has partnered with our client who is looking for a full-time permanent HR Administration Team Lead for their Edmonton office.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR administration, Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Benefits, and HR Administration
• Lead HR training based on hiring needs and administer all HR Administrative function
• Review and implement performance reviews
• Develop an employee-oriented culture and oversee three direct reports
• Assist with the development of HR policies with regard to employee relations

Qualifications:

• 8 years of progressive HR experience and ideally with union payroll experience within a unionized setting
• Experience working with ADP Workforce Now is an asset
• Designation preferred or working toward an HR Degree
