As the Benefits Specialist you will be the first point of contact for employees requesting pension and benefits information, and will be responsible for administering the company's benefit plan and wellness programs.

Benefits & Perks:
  • 100% remote
  • Compensation: 60-65k + bonus
  • Full-time, permanent role

Responsibilities:
  • Assist employees with benefit plan enrollment and make necessary adjustments to benefits plans as requested
  • Act as a contact for employees with questions regarding benefits and pension, and resolve related issues
  • Provide support to Pension Administrator in maintaining the pension plan, including inventory and clean-up of files
  • Provide support to Wellness Specialist with tasks related to case management and e-mail inquiries
  • Day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining various employee forms
  • Communicate with employees, pension and benefits administrators, and external vendors

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of benefits experience
  • University or college diploma in HR or related field
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
