Accounts Receivable Manager

Responsibilities:

• Invoicing for all locations within 24 hours of receiving approved AR tickets
• Monthly inspection of outstanding receivables
• Collection calls for delinquent accounts
• Work with the COO and Controller on all outstanding AR
• Sending out AR statements to all customers
• Having AR accounts up to date for month-end financial meetings with the COO and Controller
• Monthly job and ticket audits in Hydra and SAGE
• Manage MSAs and FRPs
• Advise customers of price changes, banking info, Direct Deposit information, etc.
• Apply for Purchase Orders
• Receiving payments, and posting payments
• Maintain pricing templates

Qualifications:

• A diploma or degree in Accounting is an asset
• Minimum 5 years of experience processing full-cycle AR
• Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be an advanced user of Excel
• Must be able to work in an office in Sherwood Park
