Our client, a growing mid-sized accounting firm in downtown Winnipeg, has partnered with Stacey Danley at Aplin to recruit an Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm.

Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Preparing letters and reports
  • Printing and preparing year-end client packages
  • Filing tax returns
  • Scanning and archiving documents
  • Entering in bank reconciliations
  • Providing back up support for accounts payable and receivable
  • Providing back up support for reception
  • Other general office duties 
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • A minimum of one year of professional office experience (though more is a bonus!)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An eye for detail and accuracy with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
