  • Records inventory for disposition/verification of box contents
  • Assigning retention dates according to the disposition schedule
  • Prepare records for archiving according to the Records Information Management
  • Moving files and boxes
  • Performing file maintenance, including creating file folders, labeling, and bar-coding, and identifying missing/refilling 
  • Updating electronic databases
  • Creating inventories and boxing records according to established criteria
  • Assisting with quality review of imaged records
  • Assisting with filing as required 
  • Being able to lift file boxes up to 30lbs
  • Being able to work with physical paper - there will be some dust and other particulates that can cause or aggravate allergies
  • Previous records management and filling experience
  • Diploma/degree in relevant field 
  • Microsoft Office experience (Excel)
