If you are a talented and experienced Office Administrator, Aplin has the right opportunity for you! Our client is looking for a short-term contractor to help with AP/AR and reception. 

  • Reception (40-50 calls per day)
  • Aiding correspondence for the office, such as emails, letters, packages, and phone calls
  • Ensuring availability to help colleagues and employees where necessary
  • Processing and filing invoices 
  • Billing
  • Previous experience in an office administration role
  • Relevant education or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of basic computer programs and basic typing abilities
  • Oil and gas or construction industry experience preferred but not required
  • Flexibility to begin contract ASAP
