Project Manager

Our client, a leader in their field, has partnered with Aplin to hire a Project Manager who will work with a variety of teams to guide the delivery of custom software solutions for our clients and business. This is a permanent opportunity open to candidates in the Winnipeg area. This role is a hybrid-role.

Responsibilities:

• Working with a variety of teams to guide the delivery of custom software solutions for our clients and business
• Working on all stages of software solutions from proposal and planning through construction, deployment, and transition to clients
• Ability to influence, coach, and guide while keeping the team accountable
• Implementing modern project management techniques, working with teams in a collaborative manner, and executing multiple projects of various sizes

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management
• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering software projects in a Disciplined Agile Delivery fashion and understanding procedures and techniques within that framework
• Experience in developing custom enterprise software solutions, computer science, and project management processes with a software development domain
• Prince 2 or PMP certification is an asset
• Proven track record of completing software solution projects successfully from inception through to transition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can communicate with different levels of management, stakeholders, and clients
