If you are a talented and experienced Support or Administrative professional, Aplin has the right opportunity for you! Our Calgary based client is looking for a candidate with previous experience in group benefits. This is a permanent hybrid opportunity with competitive pay and benefits!

  • Provide ongoing client services to the Major Accounts book of business including assisting in account enrollments, plan revisions and policy renewals
  • Ensure excellent customer experience for our group plan sponsors – proactively supporting employers and their needs providing benefits to their valuable employees
  • Set priorities, plan, and coordinate work activities to complete work efficiently
  • Performs telephone, in-person and online service calls or visits to assigned accounts
  • Provides back up support for Sales Representatives as needed
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in group benefits
  • Minimum 5 years working for an insurer or broker or client in some capacity that deals with service on benefits
  • Ability to understand the perspective and requirements of the customer, both internal and external, including providing an exceptional customer experience by anticipating current and future needs of the customer
  • Exceptional communication skills, in one-on-one or small group settings
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by strong relationship building skills coupled with excellent customer service aptitude
