Our client, a national non-profit agency, has partnered with Stacey Danley at Aplin on the search for a Volunteer Coordinator. Reporting to the Executive Director, this is an amazing opportunity for an administrative candidate with previous non-profit experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a slate of volunteers are available for daily requirements
  • Develop a volunteer base by planning recruitment events and activities
  • Interview, screen, and train new volunteers
  • Organizes volunteer appreciation events
  • Manage effectiveness of volunteer program through evaluations
  • Maintains up-to-date records and creates reports as needed
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a non-for-profit setting
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to problem solve
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
Please note this is a full-time permanent position. Hours are 8:30am-4pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am-3pm on Fridays. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required.
