  • Data entry, data confirmation and data monitoring
  • Account reconciliation
  • Ensuring trade and account information is being properly recorded
  • Compile, settle and compare entries each day
  • Posting daily/weekly/monthly tasks
  • Taking on tasks within various projects as needed
  • Complete various scheduled activities, such as reviewing and actioning various periodic reports and periodic reconciliations 
  • Complete all work within established timeframes, service level agreements, and operational policies
  • Treat all stakeholders with professionalism, dignity, and respect and support an environment where people can contribute and excel
  • Accept responsibility and accountability for actions and results
  • This position is accountable to Service Level Agreements which include the measurement of volumes, turnaround time, and branch service survey/feedback results
  • Must have experience with reconciliations
  • Post-secondary education in business/finance is an asset
  • Previous experience in the banking or financial sector is an asset
  • Must have 2+ years of Administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft word and excel proficiency
  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely fashion
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
