If you are a talented and experienced Administrative Assistant, Aplin has the right opportunity for you! Aplin has partnered with our client who is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a 12 month contract with an ASAP start in Southeast Calgary.

If you have 2+ years of previous Administrative experience, enjoy working in an industrial setting, have a positive attitude, and a willingness to grow your Administrative skill set, please apply today!!
  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Receive and sort mail and courier packages
  • Create and track Purchase Orders
  • Invoicing and tracking invoices
  • Daily field tickets (LEMS)
  • Assist with AP/AR data entry and basic accounting functions
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Update calendars and coordinate meetings
  • Assist with data entry (using Aimsio)
  • Any other administrative duties as needed
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar Administrative role
  • Exposure to basic AP/AR and accounting functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures
