  • Remote role based in Winnipeg Monday to Friday with the potential to be a hybrid/remote position
  • Proving Executive Assistant support directly to the CEO
  • Handling all calendar management and taking minutes at all meetings 
  • Creating presentations and documents for all meetings 
  • Ad hoc administrative reporting and all administrative requests
  • 5 plus years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Senior Management directly
  • Experience in the health care field required
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and in depth experience with minute taking and preparing agendas as well as arranging meetings for multiple stakeholders
