Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with a Mississauga, ON based company to hire a Administrative Assistant! This is a 3 month part-time opportunity with potential to go full-time and extension/ permanent. 
 
Benefits & Perks:
  • Immediate Start 
  • Compensation: $18/hour 
  • Mon to Friday Part-time hours: 8am to 12pm 
  • Please note, Fully on-site role 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Bookkeeper
  • Assist with annual budget and quarterly forecasts
  • Responsible for month end and year-end accounting cycles
  • Assist clients over the phone and email
  • Assist in ensuring employee records are kept up to date and confidential
  • Maintain office inventory (ordering supplies)
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Maintain a filing system
  • Attend office management meetings to ensure a smooth operation of the office administration

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Administration or Accounting is an asset
  • Must have at least over 6 months of experience in a similar role
  • Must be proficient in MS Office including Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's and Formulas)
  • Must have strong multitasking and attention to detail skills
