  • Compensation: Upto 65k 
  • Hybrid : 2 to 3 times at the Client's Downtown Toronto Location 
  • 2 weeks Vacations + 2 Floater Days + 5 Paid Sick Days

  • Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm

  • Process and monitor semi-monthly and weekly payrolls across multiple provinces. 
  • Able to import hours and changes submitted from pay groups into payroll system (UKG).
  • Ensure that all Federal and Provincial laws are followed.
  • Assist Payroll Manager throughout the year and during Year End by running and auditing reports. 
  • Full understanding of multi-province, multi-location payroll set up to assist Payroll Manager. 
  • Processing Payroll for up to 300 employees inlcuding Salary and Commission Payroll 

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in payroll and knowledge of Canadian Payroll Practices (best practices) and related legislation. 
  • Experience working with 300 to 500 employees including Salary and Commission Payroll. 
  • PCP certified or enrolled is an asset. 
  • Advanced MS office including Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPS) is a must. 
  •  Experience with Ceridian or UKG (formerly Ultipro) is an asset. 
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Accounting is an asset.
