Our Winnipeg-based client, conveniently located outside of downtown has partnered with Aplin to add a Real Estate Legal Assistant to their growing team.

  • Preparing real estate documents including trust letters, transfers, caveats, and mortgages for closings
  • Corresponding with clients, lenders, and other law firms
  • Conducting relevant company and Personal Property searches and ordering documents online
  • Processing payments and invoicing clients
  • Performing calculations and preparing statements of adjustments


  • Post-secondary education in legal administration
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • An eye for detail with the ability to analyze and problem-solve as needed
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience with Conveyancer would be a strong asset
