We’re looking for someone who can elevate customer relationships from the humdrum and transactional to something more meaningful and long-lasting.
Perks & Benefits:
  • Base salary of $55-66K per year depending on experience
  • Commissions/bonuses with overall earnings of $120K+

  • Develop sales strategy for specific markets
  • Provide meaningful contribution to the development of overall sales strategy and program for the sale of natural gas and electricity to meet overall targets of the small business, commercial and industrial sales sectors
  • Inform and shape overall business strategy by feeding back market knowledge to leadership and sales team
  • Be the key face of our clients in the market and protect their brand
  • Execute the organization’s sales process/strategy in assigned territory and seek out new opportunities through prospecting and referrals
  • Represent the client at special events and presentations as required
  • Implement and execute sales strategy and close commercial agreements
  • Meet specific agreed-upon sales targets for volume, margin, and term
  • Minimum of a Sales and Marketing diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Comfortable selling and communicating over the telephone and in person
  • Ability to understand and utilize company's selling process to effectively pre-qualify leads, set appointments, identify customer needs, present solutions, handle objections and close sales
  • Ability to understand the business and communicate complex topics to consumers that do not have in-depth knowledge
