In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for developing and executing an Organizational Development strategy and framework that enables the corporate strategy. 
 
Benefits & Perks:
  • Compensation: 90-95k base
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of the organization’s core talent processes to drive performance throughout the organization including performance management, employee engagement, recognition, and leadership development
  • Act as the subject matter expert in Change Management to ensure the organization has a sound framework to increase the adoption of changes for project success
  • Lead the creation and continuous improvement of the organization’s leadership development program – working with the executive leadership and front-line management teams to create a program that meets key needs and advances our service culture internally
  • Develop management and leadership capability and embed values and behaviors into all people processes and systems; facilitate performance management and evaluation cycles and tracking
  • Ensure successful execution of corporate engagement survey: communication, analysis results, recommend themes, develop corporate action plans in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ensure the project deliverables/outcomes for existing and new initiatives are successfully executed and then transitioned to operational partners with a sustainability plan when required. Implement effective measurement tools that will evaluate return on investment and inform future programming and/or adjust programs, as appropriate
  • Oversee and promote e-learning and mandatory curriculum programs to support the educational needs of various stakeholders
 
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in Organizational Development, Adult Education, Human Resources, Business/Human Resources, or a related field
  • Certifications and applied practice in one or more of the following: change management, project management, facilitation, coaching, talent management, or leadership development
  • Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible learning and people development experience
  • Hands-on project manager with proven ability to effectively collaborate with partners to implement change initiatives
  • Ability to propose and negotiate strategies with senior-level executives and to work independently with defined objectives and direction
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) with an ability to take concepts and express them concisely and effectively for various stakeholders 
  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Superior professional judgment, diplomacy, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, proven attention to accuracy and detail and an ability to produce high-quality work or project manage under tight timeframes
  • Demonstrated service excellence approach and commitment to continuous quality improvement and performance measurement, business acumen, accountability, and results from the orientation
  • Solid understanding and use of project management and ability to balance and manage to compete and changing interests
  • Demonstrated collaboration, teamwork, communication, listening, personal ownership, creativity, innovation, and diversity
