Tim has an extensive mining, oil & gas, and heavy construction background and supports some of the world’s leading companies. His scope of professional recruitment includes: Mine Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Process Engineers, Metallurgical Engineers, Design Engineers, Project Control Specialists, and Project Managers.

In addition to professional recruitment, Tim leads Aplin’s Industrial Skilled Trades practice supporting clients with trades specific recruitment expertise. Tim’s specialty in the skilled trades area includes: Superintendents, Maintenance Planners, and Maintenance Supervisors. He also supplies temporary/project manpower assisting with staff leveling, maintenance projects, shutdowns, and ad hoc staffing requirements by leveraging an extensive network of heavy duty mechanics, millwrights, welders, pipefitters, electricians, and instrumentation mechanics.
