A national oil company is looking for senior engineers for tax free positions in the Arabian Gulf.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing training and development strategies in line with business objectives and values
• Implementing clear management, succession planning and performance appraisal processes
• Designing training programs and systems for engineering, technical and commercial disciplines - looking at skills gaps and core behaviors
• Negotiating and selecting external training providers.

Minimum Requirements

• University Degree in Analytical discipline.
• 15 years experience in Training/ Career Management.
• Specific Specialist Experience critical to implementation of training and assessment projects.
• Knowledge of Computer skills and HR Systems presentation skills.
