An opening currently exists to join our group of star performers in Ottawa
as a Recruiter in the area of Sales & Marketing. With more than 120 people nationally, David

What will your role entail? An entrepreneurial spirit and go-getter attitude
will allow you to successfully develop business, manage accounts, and source
candidates in your area of expertise. You will have responsibilities in the
areas of managing and expanding existing client relationships, identifying and
recruiting top talent, matching quality candidates with premiere employers, and
following through with successful placements.
What do you need to succeed? Along with a positive attitude and outstanding
interpersonal, communication and time-management skills, you will:
- have experience as a recruiter or hiring manager
- have some post-secondary education
- be dedicated, persistent, innovative, flexible and driven to succeed
- ideally have worked in a sales-metrics focused company where making calls and visits is standard, and/or have prior recruiting experience
