An opening currently exists within our Ottawa office for a Senior Consultant, Office Personnel. In this newly created position, you will be specializing in the recruitment of temporary, contract and permanent Administrative professionals.

What will your role entail? An entrepreneurial spirit and go-getter attitude will allow you to successfully develop business, manage accounts, and source candidates in your area of expertise. You will have responsibilities in the areas of managing and expanding existing client relationships, identifying and recruiting top talent, matching quality candidates with premiere employers, and following through with successful placements.

What do you need to succeed? Along with a positive attitude and outstanding interpersonal, communication and time-management skills, you will:

  • have experience as a recruiter or hiring manager
  • have some post-secondary education
  • be dedicated, persistent, innovative, flexible and driven to succeed
  • ideally have worked in a sales-metrics focused company where making calls and visits is standard, and/or have prior recruiting experience
