As a result of a staff transfer, an opening currently exists
to join our group of star performers in Halifax as a Recruiter in the area of Information
Technology.

What will your role of Senior Consultant entail? An
entrepreneurial spirit and go-getter attitude will allow you to successfully
develop business, manage accounts, and source candidates in your area of
expertise. You will have responsibilities in the areas of managing and
expanding existing client relationships, identifying and recruiting top talent,
matching quality candidates with premiere employers, and following through with
successful placements.
What do you need to succeed? Along with a positive attitude and outstanding interpersonal, communication and time-management skills, you will:
- have experience as a recruiter or hiring manager
- have some post-secondary education
- be dedicated, persistent, innovative, flexible and driven to succeed
- have worked in a sales-metrics focused company where making calls and visits is standard, and/or have prior recruiting experience
